Here’s a simple work around that I use that allows me to post to Facebook Fan Pages by using the “Selective Twitter Status” app on Facebook.

Tim, are you saying you got it work with a fan page? Since my logins are the same for both personal profile and fan page, it only hooks to the personal profile. It you had success, can you elaborate a bit? Thanks.

Great plugin. Works great but I wanted like others to find out how it works to maybe get it to post to a fan page.
After a little trial and error, its not magic. It relies on you being logged into your facebook account to ‘know’ what account to post it to.
If you are not logged in, for me at least it bounces me back to the summary page, hitting edit on theblog post then gets the window to pop. You can then log in then post the blog update.
Thanks for all the effort. Now to tease it apart further to see if I can get it to post to our fan page.

Worked fine for me. I’m running 2.8.5. It would be cool if it could posted to Facebook pages as well as the profile…

This is my sandbox site, so don’t expect anything too great!

First I want to say how easy your plug in has been to use. No config, just install and use, it found my Facebook page on it’s own!

Now for my request! Can you have it post the first few lines of the blog post? Right now it only posts the header, and I want it to be used as a teaser for my clients to pull people to their websites. Any chance of adding that?
